Scout is a young, light-skinned man with a short, slicked haircut. He wears a red shirt, a pair of dog tags around his neck, a messenger bag around his torso, long gray pants held by a belt, a pair of socks, gray shoes with white stripes, a gray baseball cap with headgear, and a pair of hand wraps.

- Demoman's missing his left eye because when he was cleaning Mersumus's house he opened the Bombinomicon which haunted his left eye and the eye socket. Mersumus removed his left eye right after.
- This was explained in the comic "Bombinomicon".
- Due to his haunted eye socket whenever Medic tries to restore his eye, it becomes a monster every halloween.
- This was explained in the comic "The Naked and the Dead"
- Medic has tried to restore Demoman's eye atleast 8 times.

- Spy's down pose is based on one of the most notorious memes within the TF2 community, The Spycrab.
- Spy's right pose is based on his Fencing taunt.
- The fading UI during "Infiltrator" is a reference to Spy's ability to cloak.
- The Spy is known to speak phrases in French, Spanish and Italian.
- According to the Spy, his tie is made of silk and costs US$9,000, while dialogue in The Naked and the Dead reveals the Spy's suit to be a US$10,000 custom-tailored Louis Crabbemarché jacket.
- Crabbemarché loosely translates to "crab walking", a reference to the Spycrab fad.

Gameplay Mechanics
- Getting a Game Over in any of the songs will result in the current opponent commentating on Boyfriend's loss.
- During "Infiltrator", opposite colored notes with large cracks will appear. Upon hitting them, the player will instantly die. In addition, halfway through the song, the entire HUD fades in and out multiple times for a long period.
Trivia (General)
- In the games files, there is content that is currently not used.
- These include sprites for an older version of Scout, drunk arrows featuring Demoman's signature bottle, an unused background of another TF2 map; Suijin, and an unused audio file for the Spy cloaking.
- On Reddit, there is an image showcasing the drunk arrows in game.[1]
- The pause menu theme is a mix of a unused music titled "Upgrade Station" in the TF2 soundtrack.
- This music seems to be originally planned to be used in Mann vs Machine while you browse the upgrade station.
- The music in the mod uses the soundtrack, weapon sounds, voice lines from the original TF2 game.
- The Game Over music is a depressing arrangement of "Rocket Jump Waltz," which is associated with the Soldier. The Soldier was voiced by Rick May, who passed away in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 virus.
- The background is ctf_2fort, a very popular map in TF2. The gamemode of the map is "Capture the Flag," whichever team that captures the flag (briefcase) three times wins the round.
- Scout's background is the bridge.
- Demoman's background is the courtyard.
- Spy's background is the Intelligence Room.
- In public matches in the TF2 community, most of the time, the map is stalled (either no one captures the intel or both team's score is 2). This is because of an "unspoken" agreement and tradition in 2fort, where no one captures the briefcase or is told not to capture to preserve a buff.
- This is referenced by Spy before his song.
- The image that replaces the KadeEngine logo is a image that appears when you start up any Valve made game(Team Fortress 2, Half Life, Portal, etc).
- The song titles "Atomic Punch" and "Iron Bomber" are references to existing weapons in TF2.
- The Announcer/Administrator is one who says "1, 2, 3, GO!"
- A leak of the Engineer's song titled "Frontier Justice" was leaked on Reddit.[2]
- The background is part of the map Barnblitz.
- The Engineer is paired with a Robot Engineer which uses a banjo.
- The Robot Engineer is an enemy in the Mann Vs Machine mode.
- Frontier Justice features 8 keys with the Engineer using one half while the Robot Engineer uses the other.
- There are some joke settings that make a window pop up or crash the game:
- The "easy mode" setting will crash the game along with a spy voiceline.
- The "secret song" setting will pop up a window you cannot close.
- The only way to close it is to close the game through task manager.
- In the mod files, the file names for the dialogues in "Atomic Punch," "Ironbomber," and "Infiltrator" respectively are "pee," "poo," and "furry."
- The file name for Infiltrator is a reference to the popular TF2 meme video made with 15.ai called spy and demo discuss a drawing, which is about Spy having a fursona.
- A Leak for Heavy's song, Iron Curtain, was posted on Reddit.
